These terms apply to the use of the AY Soft website. Specific software projects, development work, subscriptions or support services may be governed by a separate written proposal, agreement or statement of work.

Website information

Website content is provided for general business and service information. Service descriptions and examples do not by themselves constitute a binding commitment for a specific project.

Project scope

The confirmed scope, deliverables, timetable, pricing, payment terms, support period and responsibilities are those stated in the applicable proposal, quotation, agreement or statement of work accepted by the parties.

Third-party services

Projects may depend on third-party platforms, APIs, hosting providers, app stores, messaging services or other external technologies. Their availability, rules or pricing may change independently of AY Soft.

Intellectual property

Ownership and licensing of custom software, source code, designs, third-party components and project materials are determined by the applicable project agreement. Third-party software remains subject to its own licences.

Acceptable use

The website and services must not be used for unlawful activity, unauthorised access, malicious interference, abuse or infringement of third-party rights.

Availability

We aim to maintain reliable services, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed. Maintenance, hosting incidents, external providers or technical events may affect availability.

Updates

AY Soft may update website content and these terms when required. Project-specific obligations remain governed by the applicable accepted agreement or proposal.
